First Sarmiento Property Holdings, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful grand opening and blessing of its new office, located at Block 1, Lot 1, University Square Subdivision, Barangay Kaypian, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
The blessing ceremony was held on July 15, 2026, commencing at 1:00 PM, and was officiated by Reverend Father Santos. The event was graced by the presence of the company’s Board of Directors, Shareholders, Employees, and valued members of the community, who gathered to celebrate this significant milestone in the company’s continued growth and development.
Among the distinguished guests present were Mr. Mario Paolo Angelo Marcos III, President of First Sarmiento Property Holdings, Inc., accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Rita Anne D. Marcos; Ms. Mary Jacquelyne S. Cañiza, Chief Executive Officer, and Ms. Jolina Ann S. Cruz, Corporate Secretary, together with their mother, Ms. Evangelina Sarmiento; Ms. Natasha Rita S. Dumlao, the Chief Operating Officer, accompanied by her husband, Mr. Francis Raymond F. Dumlao; and Mr. Jean Pierre F. Sarmiento, Director, together with his wife, Mrs. Kristine Isabel Terible-Sarmiento. Their presence, along with that of the company’s shareholders, employees, and other esteemed guests, made the celebration even more meaningful.
This new office stands as a testament to the continued growth of First Sarmiento Property Holdings, Inc., building upon the enduring legacy of the Pablo Sarmiento Group of Companies, an institution that has served Philippine communities for over seventy-five years.
Building Overview
The new facility has been thoughtfully designed to accommodate both business operations and community services across three floors.
Ground Floor. The Ground floor features two commercial spaces intended for lease. The first unit is currently occupied by Dr. Marie Abecedy Romasanta, an internal medicine physician, providing accessible healthcare services to the community. The second unit is earmarked for a well-established pharmacy, further expanding access to essential health services in the area.
Second Floor. The second floor serves as the primary working area for the employees of First Sarmiento Property Holdings, Inc., and houses the office of the Board of Directors.
Third Floor. The third floor comprises a storage facility and a planned rental space intended for use as a function or meeting room, to be made available for lease in the future.
