Over three decades, FSPHI has built a portfolio of developments across Luzon and Mindanao, including Danarra Condominium (Quezon City), Luxville Subdivision — a 15-hectare, hundreds-of-families housing community (Davao City), San Jose del Monte Cemetery Park (Bulacan), and government infrastructure projects in Mindanao. In San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, FSPHI developed Verde Heights Subdivision (15 hectares, 1,587 homes) and University Heights Subdivision (28 hectares, 279 lots) — both completed and fully sold — along with University Residences at San Jose.
